IMS has reached a significant milestone. 30 years of leadership. All thanks to the sincerity, passion and dedication you bring into every day at IMS. We’d like to help take this spirit and involvement to a new high with your participation.
Mentor Star
- You are the face of India’s best known mentor, guide and motivator. You live and breathe IMS’ Mentor Culture. Naturally, you have that ‘Mentor Touch’ wherever you go. So while King Midas changed whatever he touched into gold, you put every life that you touch on the golden success path
- We’d love to hear about your ‘Mentor Touch’ experiences. Write in at mentorstar@imsindia.com giving details about the people – students, working pros or even your own colleagues, whose lives you’ve touched and changed. Any number of entries are welcome
- A panel will evaluate all ‘Mentor Touch’ entries. Should your entry qualify as the best, you’d be awarded the ‘Mentor Star’ in recognition of your efforts
- Entries for Mentor Star are being accepted right now, so send in your entry or entries for the month. Remember, Mentor Star is a year-round initiative with monthly evaluations
- All those who qualify as Mentor Stars will be officially honoured on the IMS website. Their winning ‘Mentor Touch’ experiences will also be featured

- Know something others around you don’t? Don’t let that knowledge go hidden. Use that
knowledge to make things better or even to better someone’s performance. Here’s what you can do:
- Write a presentation, a white paper or an article
- Want to know what you can write about? Shoot a mail to CCR to know what you can write on as well as guidelines to get started
- Send in your contributions to mentor@imsindia.com
- If found IMS-worthy on evaluation, your contribution will be taken ahead
