The 7 IIMs have called for an urgent meeting of their directors with the CAT Committee and Prometric on Monday to discuss what went wrong with the online CAT system at certain centres over the weekend. |

Prometric, the American firm which has been entrusted with the task of conducting the tests, said while a significant majority of the candidates successfully completed their exams yesterday, various technical issues arose at selected computers in approximately 23 labs that prevented approximately 2,000 exams from being delivered.

Prometric has scheduled a closure of select labs on Sunday, 29 November 2009, where technical glitches had occured.
