The Aptitude test is only the first step of the B-school selection process. The selection procedure of every B-school requires you to go through a Group Discussion and Personal Interview process if you clear the first step. In some institutes like SP Jain Institute of Management Studies group interviews are conducted instead of group discussions while Faculty of Management Studies has extempore as well.
