Letters for Recommendation for ISB

Evaluators for all ISB programs can submit their evaluations either online or offline mode. Online evaluation is preferred and requires you to update the current official email ID in your online application form. 

Evaluation form for ISB YLP:

Only one evaluation is required in Stage 2 of the ISB YLP admission process. Recommendation questions for the Fall 2016 intake have been included. Recommendation questions for the Fall 2017 intake will be put up as and when released.

Question 1: Please comment on the context of your interaction with the applicant. How long have you known the applicant and in what connection? (50 words maximum)

Question 2: Please rate the applicant on a scale of 1 to 5 on the following parameters based on your experience during your interactions with him. (1: Excellent, 2: Very Good, 3: Good, 4: Average, 5: Needs Improvement)

  • Solution Orientation 
  • Energy 

Question 3: Please provide an overall assessment of the candidate:

Evaluation form for ISB PGP/EEO

Candidates need to submit two professional recommendations for ISB PGP/EEO.

Question 1: Under what circumstances and for how long have you known the applicant? (50 words maximum)

Question 2: Please rate the applicant's achievements when compared to those of his or her peers and mention the reference group with which you are making these comparisons. (100 words maximum)

Question 3: Please describe, in brief, situations where the applicant displayed signs of leadership abilities and team skills. (200 words maximum)

Question 4: Please mention two consistent strengths of the applicant and if possible provide instances where she/he demonstrated these strengths. (200 words maximum)

Question 5: Please indicate two areas where the applicant has shown learning and improvement which would add value to his application to the ISB. (100 words maximum)

Question 6: Please provide any other comments that you consider are relevant to the applicant's admission to the ISB, especially regarding the applicant's career in business/management. (200 words maximum)
