What is a Career Assessment Program?
The Career Assessment Program is specially devised to give you better self- understanding, help you identify career options most suitable to you & draw a career path that gives you focus towards your career goal.

When should you appear for the Program?
If you are a Std IX, X, XI, XII or are studying in degree college (BA, B.Sc, B.Com) or professional program (B.E, BMS…) than you are eligible to enroll for the Program.

What are the steps involved in the Career Assessment Program?
Stage 1

• Collecting information through the Intake form. It is designed to collect information on education, personal & family background
• Assessment using Psychometric tests

Stage 2

• Profiling (Profiles includes the scores on the Detailed description of your Interests, Aptitudes and Personality & Career options most suited for you)

Stage 3

• Counselling (Detailed discussion on the scores obtained & the career options recommended. Giving information on the career options recommended to help you chart the study route)

What will you be tested on?
We adopt a 3-prong approach for the Career guidance. These 3 areas are Interest, Aptitude & personality. Interest because it determines persons self – motivation & the amount of effort he will put in the activity he studies, aptitude as it informs the counselor on the specific talents that the student possesses & as we know every profession requires certain aptitudes & talents to be successful in the given career. Last but not the least, personality as research indicates that in one long run one remains in the work environment that is conducive to ones personality.

How can I register for the Career Assessment Program?
For enrolling to the Career Assessment Program you need to call up & register with our Counsellor a day in advance. The enrollment to the program can be done on the same day when you come for the program. The Charge for the program is Rs. 950/- only.

What preparation do you need to do before you appear for the tests?
When you come for the 1st phase ensure that you are fresh & in positive state of mind. Do not feel anxious as these tests are different from the school tests. These tests are basically assessing you on your interest, natural talents & personal qualities. These tests do not require you to do any preparations. No body passes or fails in these tests, although each of us performs differently. Approach your tests sincerely & honestly as it will bring forth reliable results.

How will we guide you?
On the basis of the tests taken by you, we generate your personalized & indept profile. This profiles gives you information on how you have performed in each of the tests & which career options are most suited to you on the basis of the test results. The profile is handed over in the appointment-based counselling session, wherein the entire profile is interpreted for you & your parents. The counsellor discusses the Career options in-dept & directs you for the most suited career options & the study route for the same.
