You can update your profile and change password by visiting the MY profile link that appears on forum page after you login

If you have not changed your password, yet you are not able to login to myIMS. The problem is most likely due to your browser, you can try this, go to tools->internet options->delete cookies. This should normally work.(our site can be best viewed on Mozila fire fox)
