I found CET 2009 reasonably tougher than CET 2008 and managed to attempt 135 questions seriously(some precious minutes were wasted by a person sitting beside me who was reading very loudly.)By the way I managed 155-160 questions when I solved CET 2008 at home.What about you?

Same here buddy. I solved around 150 in 2008 but this one was a lot more time consuming. 140 attempts by me this time.

When i ahd solved last years paper i got a score of 130 widout flukes
i Mean was able to attempt almostt 170 questions n got 130
The paper this year was tough n i repeat tough as copared to last year n at the same time taking into consideration the time factoe of two n a half hours.
For me i think last years paper was too easy n cut offs reached sky high but i think this time u can easily expect a correction or a fall around 15 - 20 marks in the cutt offs.
My overall attemps 130.

Yes the CET 2009 was tougher than last year. The main reason wud be the new types of questions and lengthy data int questions. I was able to attempt around 170....an irritating thing abt my paper was that in some places the passage was on one side of the page while the questions were on the other side...lead to waste of time :/

I think, the paper was bit tough. I attempted 153 questions. Cutoffs I think definitely will be 4 to 5 marks less than previous year.

This year paper is much tougher than the last yera paper

What u this the cut off of top 5 colleges is increased or decreased as compared to last year.

Yes i too believe the paper pattern had been changed significantly this year as compared to last year's.I could attempt 150 with lots of tukkas.Mentors please predict some cutoffs for the best institutes.

My genuine attempt for this paper is around 145 and rest are flukes and i personally believe that this year's paper was tougher than both 2007 and 2008 paper where the sailing was quite smooth.

This was my second attempt and yes CET 09 was definately lot tougher than 08. I was really banking on verbal but this time the in RC the options were like A only, B Only, A and B, etc..

i think CEt 2009 was very tough compared to d sim cets n mock papers i solved. i attempted 110 seriously n rest all tukkas. obviously d cut offs may b less dis year. lets hope 4 d best.

ppl...i thought the paper was very well-made in terms of distinguishing the average students from above average...not to brag or anythin...but i made abt 175-odd genuine attempts...with a fairly decent accuracy....

Yes, this year cet was much tougher than last year. This time even the VR and LR questions were little tough and time consuming for which two and and a half hour was less. My attempts are around 110.
