Orientation Program
A well designed three day orientation program will be held for training the Partners and their key personnel in Mumbai. This program aims at helping the Partners understand the Test Prep business and facilitating knowledge transfer.

Study material/ Faculty Training
The study material will be provided in printed form.
Faculty Training would be provided to the faculties at the time of inception and counselors will be trained through a specially developed training module.

Manuals/ Start-up Kit
Partners will be provided with pre-launch manual that will help to design the IMS Learning centre as per standardized design and counseling manuals along with process handbook for the conduct of the centre. IMS will also provide the required start-up kit including in centre display.

Ongoing Support
The benefits of research and development will be transferred to the Partners to keep them abreast of the latest developments in the Test Prep scenario.

Marketing Support
IMS will provide requisite marketing support to propagate the various programs at IMS through regional/ national platforms. Marketing tools like brochures, leaflets, posters, flex, audio visual aids will be provided as and when developed and would be sent as per policy.
