MAH Law CET (3 Yr. LL.B)

Eligibility for MAH Law CET

Candidates who wish to appear for MAH Law CET must fulfill the following criteria, in order to be eligible for MAH Law CET (3 Year LLB).

  1. The candidate should be a Graduate and or Post Graduate with Minimum 45% Marks in Aggregate for Open Category Candidates and 40% Marks in Aggregate for candidates belonging to SC and STCategory belonging to State of Maharashtra only.
  2. The Candidate who has passed the qualifying examination (UG or PG) in a single sitting without having Basic Qualification of (10+2+3 andor +2/3) is not eligible.
  3. Candidates who are appearing / appeared for the Qualifying Examination (Regular Examination) of the Academic Year 2018-2019 are also eligible to apply
  4. Candidates from Out- side Maharashtra Universities will be considered as Open Category candidates irrespective of their Caste/Category.
