Why is the GDPI stage important in MBA admissions?

The GDPI round assesses a candidate’s communication skills, clarity of thought, academic understanding, industry awareness, personality, and career goals. A strong score in GDPI can significantly improve final conversion chances, making structured GDPI preparation essential for top B-school admissions like IIMs, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR and ISB.

What is the validity of the IMS GDPI 2026 Programs?

You will have access to all resources & mock interviews till 31st May 2026. In the event of a delay in the B-School admission process, we may extend the program validity till 30th June 2026.

Should IMS CAT 2025 classroom students pay for the GDPI Programs?

IMS students enrolled in the CAT 2025 Classroom, Hybrid, Regional Online & CATapult Elite 2025 programs need not enroll separately for the GDPI Program as GDPI is already a part of their current program offering.

How does AI-powered GDPI preparation work at IMS?

Who conducts the mock interviews?

All mock PIs are conducted by a panel of expert mentors, industry professionals, and alumni from top B-schools. This ensures students get realistic, institute-specific interview training.

How will I claim my call convert reward if I get eligible for the same later?

You can enroll now and start your preparation. Once the Final Converts from IIMs, SPJIMR, XLRI, FMS, ISB are released, you can submit the eligible convert letter via a common form circulated by us. We will verify the same and the necessary amount will be refunded to you, as per the eligibility. We would be processing the refund in 2 phases – March end and June. So, do not worry about losing out on the reward amount, and begin your preparations right away!

Can a student claim both – the 50% refund and the 50% fee paid as CAT 2026 waiver?

No. A student may claim only one benefit:
Refund (if converted) the mentioned list of B-School programs.
Waiver (if not converted but had at least one eligible first call).
Once a benefit is claimed, the other cannot be availed.
