Steps to Register

Note- All the rounds will happen offline at IMS centres

STEP 1

Register your team’s group, which can include IMS Enrolled and Non-Enrolled students (11th and 12th Std students only)

STEP 2

Attend a 60-minute interactive master class offline, providing insights into effective case study strategies.

STEP 3
The team will be shortlisted after submitting a written case solution. Each team will be given 40 minutes to analyse and submit their 400-word solution.

STEP 4

Shortlisted participants will compete in the Debate round, Oxford Style. A list of debate topics will be provided. Each team will have one hour to prepare its arguments.

STEP 5

Shortlisted participants will compete in the final Presentation round. Topics for the presentation will be provided beforehand to the team.

STEP 6

Winners Announcement on the Finale Presentation Day.

Awards and Prizes

  • The winning team will get Cash Prizes of Rs. 45,000/- + certificate of merit
  • First runner up team will get Cash Prizes of Rs. 25,000/- + certificate of merit
  • Second runner-up team will get Cash Prizes of Rs. 15,000/- + certificate of merit
  • Prize money above ₹10,000 will be subject to a Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per government regulations.
  • The Cash Prizes will be shared with each team member. Please allow us 20-25 working days for the disbursal of the Cash Prizes & certificates of merit.

Detailed Rules

  • For Team formation:
    1. Each team should have exactly 3 members
    2. Team can be formed of any 11th/12th grade students.
    3. Please register your teams by 12:00 AM, 24th June 2025
  • For submission of Case Study – written solutions
    1. The written solution cannot exceed 400 words (including appendix & citations, if any)
    2. Please Ensure the naming for the case study should be in below mention format

      Team name – Team Leader Name e.g. Avengers – Captain America
  • Debate Round
    1. On the day of the event your team will be assigned one random topic from the list.
    2. You will have one hour to prepare your arguments before presenting them
    3. Teams needs to decide whether to speak in favor of or against the assigned topic. If a mutual consensus cannot be reached, a coin toss determines their stance.
    4. Each team will be given 10 minutes.(Introduction (5 mins) | Rebuttals (3 mins) | Closing Statements (2 mins))
    5. Teams must strictly adhere to the time limits; exceeding time may result in penalties.
    6. Using offensive language, personal attacks, or disrespect will lead to disqualification.
  • Finale Presentation Round
    1. Shortlisted teams will be announced and will be confirmed by email.
    2. All team members should be present for the final round
    3. Each team wll be given the topic in advance from the list.
    4. Team will have to confirm the topic in email and chosen Topic wont be changed.
    5. Each team will be given a maximum of 10 mins to present followed by a 5 min QnA – (Presentation Format: PowerPoint (PPT)).
    6. Presentations must be brought on a USB drive submitted to the event coordinators at least 15 minutes before the start of the event or carry your own laptop.
  • General Terms & Conditions
    1. All the participants will be awarded with participation certificate.
    2. The judges decision will be final.
    3. In case of any discrepancies, the decision taken by the management will be final.
    4. Any team found engaging in any unethical means including plagiarism, taking external assistance can lead to immediate disqualification and forfeiting of the prizes mentioned.
    5. We will be unable to share the scores for each participating team. Only the list of selected candidates will be displayed.
