IPMAT SELF LEARNING 2025/26

What is IPMAT?
IPMAT is the entrance test for the prestigious integrated program in management (IPM) that was started by IIM Indore and is now available at five different IIMs across India. It's a three-year undergraduate degree program that offers a choice to either graduate after three years or continue with a two-year MBA at the same IIM. To get admission into the IPM Indore program, students need to clear the IPMAT Indore entrance test. IIM Rohtak IPM program has an entrance test called IPMAT Rohtak, and for IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya, the entrance test is called JIPMAT.
The average salary offered at IIM Indore is Rs 30 LPA (Based on the 2023 Placement report).
The benefits of pursuing IPM are studying at an IIM, placements alongside two-year PGP students, internships in social and corporate sectors, and developing a strong foundation in business management.
What is BBA?
BBA is an undergraduate program that covers business and general courses, offering comprehensive knowledge of the business world and its operations. Pursuing BBA/BMS helps build a strong foundation, leading to better job opportunities, including an average placement of Rs 5-7 LPA. It also develops business acumen, provides exposure to international business, and practical experience through social and corporate internships. Evaluation is based on assignments.
