MH-CET Documents Verification process

The documents verification process for MH-CET ​has been released. ​As per the notification, the below process needs to be followed for the Documents verification at Facilitation Centres.

  • Candidates who have already registered/ appeared for MAH-CET and wish to participate in the DTE CAP rounds need to login as an New Registration and follow the steps mentioned below.
  • Candidates who have taken CMAT/CAT/GMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA and want to participate for the DTE CAP rounds can also click on New Registration, fill the Application form and pay the Application fees to register for the DTE CAP rounds.
  • All the Candidates (Already Registered/New Registrations) should confirm the Application Form in person at Facilitation Centres only as per schedule. Click here to view the list of Facilitation centres. Do not send by post.
  • Candidate will have to fill up the Registration Details, Candidature Type Details, Home University & Reservation Details, Qualification Details, All India Exam Details and Upload Scanned Images/Documents.
  • Candidate has to verify the correctness of the information filled. In case of any correction, the candidate can do it online before confirmation.
  • Candidate will not be able to change the information after the confirmation of Application Form.
  • Candidates are required to carry ALL Original Certificates/Documents along with one set of attested true copies of the documents in support of their claim at the time of filling up of Application Form for Admission for the scrutiny and verification at identified Facilitation Centre to get the Receipt-cum-Acknowledgement duly signed by Facilitation centres.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT Facilitation Centres:

The below table clearly states the list of documents required to be carried by a candidate and submit the same at the Facilitation Centre. Candidates are required to carry ALL Original Certificates/Documents along with one set of attested true copies of the documents in support of their claim at the time of filling up of Application Form for Admission for the scrutiny and verification at identified Facilitation Centre to get the Receipt-cum-Acknowledgement duly signed by Facilitation centres.   1. The candidates are required to produce the documents in original for verification and Confirmation of Application Form at FC. Candidates are advised to keep the necessary documents ready at the time of Documents verification stage as per the notified schedule.

  2. If candidates fail to confirm online filled application form at FC, then such applications will be rejected and name of such candidates will not appear in the merit list(s) prepared for the purpose of Admission for both CAP as well as Non-CAP process.

  3. The candidates belonging to SC, VJ/DT (NT (A), NT (B), NT(C), NT (D), OBC and SBC categories should produce “Caste Validity Certificate” issued by Scrutiny Committee of Social Justice & Special Assistance Department and the Candidate belonging to ST category should submit “Tribe Validity Certificate” issued by Scrutiny Committee of Tribal Development Department. All Backward Class candidates excluding SC & ST should produce Non Creamy Layer certificate valid up to 31st March 2018 at the time of verification of documents at FC, if these candidates are not able to produce the Non Creamy Layer certificate, then such candidates will be treated as GENERAL category candidates and such candidates will not be able to claim Reserved seats under the admission process.

  4. Application received after the last date from candidates belonging to J & K Migrant candidates will be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Such Candidates will get the Receipt-cum-Acknowledgement through their login after confirmation of application form.

  5. Reserved category candidates unable to produce Caste/Tribe Validity Certificate are required to submit self-attested Xerox copy of Proforma H on Rs.100/- Non Judicial Bond Paper (available on website for download) and original shall be retained by the Candidates which he/she shall submit to the Institute during reporting for admission.

  6. Candidates who have registered as a reserved category candidate for MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2017 but unable to produce Caste/Tribe certificate for reservation claim during documents verification phase shall have to pay difference of fees of Rs. 200/- at the FC through online mode only.

  7. Candidates are advised to ensure before applying for the admission to the MBA/MMS programme in a particular University that he/she is eligible for admission to the programme as per the relevant Eligibility Rules of that University.

  1. Candidate can avail the IT facilities free of cost which is available at Facilitation Centre (FC) for submission, confirmation of Application form.

  2. List of FCs is available on website. All FC’s shall remain open on all days excluding holidays and Sundays for submission & confirmation of application form during the schedule between 10 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

  3. The schedule displayed above is provisional and may change under unavoidable circumstances. The revised schedule, if any, will be notified on website www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/mba2017.
