The flagship PGP and PGPBA 2024-2026 batch secured an average salary of Rs 35.3 lakh per annum and a median of Rs 34.7 lakh per annum through 665 offers from 177 participating companies. Consulting was the biggest sector who recruited from IIM B, accounting for 45% of the total recruitments. Accenture Strategy was the biggest recruiter making 94 offers. The executive EPGP 2025-26 cohort also saw strong results, with 61 accepted offers and a higher average salary of 37.10 lakhs, where consulting represented exactly 50% of the industry breakup. Furthermore, the Summer Placements for the 2025-27 batch secured 601 offers for 605 students, with Accenture Strategy again leading the drive with a substantial 132 internship offers. The flagship Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and Post Graduate Programme in Business Analytics (PGPBA) for the 2024-26 batch achieved remarkable results with 665 offers made by 177 participating companies. Out of a student cohort of 605, 219 students accepted Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) from a total of 283 made, while 88 students accepted lateral placement offers. The batch also secured 7 overseas offers, while 9 students chose to opt out of the placement process.
The Summer Placements for the 2025-27 batch also showed great momentum, with 601 offers secured for 605 students from 137 companies. Accenture Strategy was the standout recruiter for summer internships, making 132 offers, followed by Boston Consulting Group with 24.
