JIPMAT 2022 Analysis

JIPMAT 2022 was conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) on 3^rd July 2022 for admission into 5 year Integrated Program in Management at IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. JIPMAT was conducted as an online center based test.

The paper consisted of 100 questions across 3 sections.

Quantitative Aptitude had 33 questions.

Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning had 33 questions

Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension had 34 questions.

The duration of the test was 150 min.

Every correct answer would fetch 4 marks and every wrong answer would attract a penalty of 1 mark.

Quantitative Aptitude

The questions in this section were from easy to moderate level of difficulty as most of the questions were direct. A good attempt in this section would be around 26 to 28 questions.

Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning

The questions in this section were easy to moderate. One DI set was calculation oriented. A good attempt in this section would be around 27 to 29 questions.

Verbal Ability

The approximate breakup of 34 questions is as follows.

The questions in this section were also easy to moderate. A good attempt in this section would be around 27 to 29 questions.

Overall if the student has attempted around 84 to 86 questions and if the accuracy is around 80 % he can expect a call from IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya.
