LL.B.120Candidate must have completed graduation from University in Maharashtra or equivalent & secured 45% marks (40% for SC & ST & 42% for VJNT, SBC & OBC category belonging to the State of Maharashtra). 

The candidate who has completed a UG degree & 2/3 years PG degree after processing the studies in the pattern 12th+3+2/3 with minimum marks mentioned above can also apply.

 A PG diploma will not be considered a PG Degree. Candidates with +2 Pass Certi. or First Degree Certi. by distance or correspondence method can also apply. Candidates from the Open University having a degree contrary to the U.G.C. Act and regulations are not eligible for admission. Final-year appearing students may also apply on a provisional basis.
