Candidates can download a PDF version of the XAT response sheet 2024 and the answer key online from the official website in just a few steps: 

1. Open the XAT 2024 website or copy this link: xatonline.in.
2. Click on the response sheet tab. 
3. Enter the user ID and password. 
4. The answer key and the question paper can be generated by clicking on the respective button.
5. XAT answer key will be displayed. 
6. Click on the download icon and save it as PDF.

How to calculate the score using the XAT Response sheet answer key? 

Here is the detailed XAT 2024 marking pattern to calculate the raw scores using the XAT answer key and response sheet:

1. For each correct answer, 1 mark is granted. 
2. For every incorrect answer from part 1 (Including sections of VARC, DM, QA, and DI), 0.25 marks will be deducted.
3. For each question not attempted beyond 8 unanswered questions, 0.10 marks will be deducted.
4. For incorrect answers in part 2 (GK section), no marks will be deducted for wrong answers. 
5. The essay will only be graded for candidates who are shortlisted for XLRI programs.
6. The GK section and essay writing section are not part of the score used to generate the percentile.
7. Add up all your marks using the exam pattern to arrive at the XAT 2024 score. 

XAT 2024 Answer Key: How to raise objections? 

The following steps should be followed by candidates who believe any answer in the key provided by the official authority is incorrect: 

1. Visit the official website – xatonline.in. 
2. Log in using your XAT 2024 ID and password. 
3. Click on the raise objection tab and enter the details like question paper ID, the question’s selection nature, the part’s name, and remarks. 
4. Upload the supporting document and pay the required objection-raising fee. 
5. Click on the Submit tab.

1. How can I download the official XAT answer key?

The candidates can download the XAT answer key by visiting the official XAT website, clicking the candidate login link, and entering the XAT ID and password. The answer key will appear on the screen, along with all your responses. You can now download it and take a printout of it. 

2. How can I calculate the score using the XAT answer key? 

To calculate the score using the XAT answer key, add one mark for each correct answer from part 1 and subtract 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer from part 1. Additionally, every wrong answer in part 3 will not result in a mark deduction. Also, for every unattempted question over 8 marks, 0.10 marks will be deducted.
