Last Date for XAT Form Filling 2026: Last date to fill XAT from has extended till December 11, 2025. XAT exam application closes on December 5, 2025. The XAT exam 2026 is a national-level entrance exam. Key Points for XAT 2026 Form Filling

The name of the candidate should be correct in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets/Identity proof.
Candidates must provide the correct Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email Address, as these details cannot change once the registration is complete.
Academic Details: Enter the scores for 10/12 & Graduation as Percentage or CGPA. Select the appropriate Marking Scheme from the dropdown. The candidate should take the aggregate of all the subjects for 10, irrespective of the Board’s regulation. Candidates who have completed 5 years of integrated courses can fill up the same percentage for graduation and post-graduation.
Work Experience: Enter your full-time Work Experience till 31st March 2026. Write only full-time work experience after graduation. Part-time / project / Internship/article ship / pre-graduation work experience will not count as work experience.
Programs: Candidates can select the XLRI programs to which they wish to apply. The selected programs will be taken as a preference for both Delhi and Jamshedpur Campus. We recommend that you apply for both (BM and HRM programs) unless you are sure that you do not want to do one of the two.

Scanned Photograph: A recent passport-sized colour picture against a light-coloured, preferably white, background. File Size: 20KB-50KB. Format: JPG or JPEG.
Scanned Signature: The applicant has to sign on white paper with a Black Ink pen. The file size must be: 10KB-20KB, and format: JPG or JPEG.
Proof of Identity: Scanned copy of Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport. The file size must be: up to 1 MB, Format: JPG / JPEG / PDF / PNG

Work Experience:
- Full-time work experience after graduation until 31 March 2026.

XAT Form Filling 2026- Please Note:

Enter your name, email ID, mobile number, State, and City & generate your password for XAT 2026 registration.
Your name should have correct spelling in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets/Identity proof.

Personal Details:

Fill out your Personal Details: Name, Contact Details, DOB, Gender, Nationality, Category & Aadhaar Number.
The name of the candidate or his /her Father’s name/ Mother’s name, etc, should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets/Identity proof.

Parents Details

Enter your Parents/Husband’s name, Contact details, & Occupation Details.

Communication Address

Provide your complete Communication Address

Step 2 – Academic Details in XAT 2026 Form Filling:

Enter your 10 & 12/Diploma details.
The scores can be entered as Percentages or CGPA. Select the appropriate Marking Scheme from the dropdown.
The candidate should take the aggregate of all the subjects, irrespective of the Board’s regulation.
Enter your Graduation Details, Post Graduation details & Professional qualification details
Candidates who have done 5 years of integrated courses can fill up the same percentage for graduation and post-graduation.
The Graduation scores can be entered as Percentages or CGPA. Select the appropriate Marking Scheme from the dropdown.

Other Qualification Details:

Mention if you have any professional degree such as CA/CS/ICWA/CFA before your Bachelor’s. If applicable, enter the marks, month/year of course commencement and completion.

Step 3: Work Experience, XLRI Program Details & Test City Preference

Work Experience

Mention your most recent experience first, and so on, up to five employments. For each experience, enter the Name of the Employer, Designation, Industry, and from and to date.

XLRI program Details.

If the applicant wants to apply to XLRI programs, he/she needs to click on ‘Yes’ for the field ‘Do you want for XLRI?’.
Select the XLRI programmeme that you wish to apply for. Candidates can select one or more programs. The selected program/s will be taken as a preference for both Delhi and Jamshedpur Campus.
For the PGDM—GM program, students must have at least five years of managerial experience as of March 31, 2026, after completing graduation in an organization of repute in the public, private, or non-governmental sector.
Rs 200/—each for every additional program without a late fee and Rs 500/—each for every additional program with a late fee.

Test City Preference

Applicant can select any six test cities as per preference from the drop-down menu.
After the last date of registration, one of the two preferred test cities will be allotted (subject to availability). If an applicant is not allotted to any of the preferred test cities, he/she will be allotted to a nearby test city.

The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

Candidates interested in XLRI programs need to pay an additional fee of Rs. 200/- per programme.

Can I change the details I entered in the application?

You can edit all the details until you make the payment. Once payment is completed, fields can’t be edited.

I have done 5 years integrated course, so how will I enter my percentage?

Candidates who have completed 5 years of integrated courses can fill up the same percentage for graduation and post-graduation.

How do I calculate the aggregate marks for CBSE /SSC? Is it the best 5 or all the subjects?

The candidate should take the aggregate of all the subjects for 10th & 12th.
