Repeat Coaching

CAT, CET, CMAT, CUET, IPM-BBA, IPM-Indore: Students enrolled in the Classroom Program can avail of repeat coaching at 60% fees (40% waiver) for the same product in any mode, in the immediate next academic cycle.

Not applicable to 1-on-1 study abroad programs and/or admission consulting programs.

  1. Repeat coaching can be availed for the same product in any one mode – Classroom, Live Online, Self-Learning or Test Series – in the immediate next academic cycle.
  2. It applies only to students with no outstanding payment towards their original program fee.
  3. The student must provide a copy of the “IMS Guarantee Certificate” to claim this benefit.
  4. The set of courseware will not be reissued. However, myIMS online features corresponding to the re-enrolled program will be activated for the student.
  5. This benefit can be availed only once and is non-transferable.
  6. Students may re-enrol at any IMS centre. However, in the case of the Classroom Program and/or the Regional Online Program, the applicable program fee may vary depending on the centre location. Accordingly, the waiver amount will be calculated based on the prevailing fee structure of the specific centre at which the student is seeking re-enrollment.

100% REFUND GUARANTEE

  1. The guarantee entitles the student to a full refund of the program fee if the student is not satisfied with the services provided by IMS Learning Resources Private Limited. under the Classroom Program in which the student is enrolled.
  2. For CAT, CET, CMAT, CUET, IPM-BBA, IPM-Indore: Students enrolled in the Classroom Programs only are eligible for a refund, provided the request is made by the student within the first 5 sessions scheduled from the date of enrollment and before the start of the 6th scheduled session.
  3. No refund will be processed if the refund request is submitted after the completion of the applicable scheduled 5-session period or after the commencement of the 6th scheduled session, as applicable.
  4. The student must submit a duly filled “Application for Refund of Fees” form, available at the IMS centre, to claim a refund of fees. The application must be submitted at the IMS centre where the student is enrolled, along with the entire set of courseware provided to the student; failing to do so will result in the refund not being processed.
  5. The student must provide a copy of the “IMS Guarantee Certificate” issued at the time of enrollment, along with the refund application.
  6. The refund, if applicable, will be processed within 21 working days from the date of acceptance of the refund application, subject to approval by IMS Head Office.
  7. The Refund Guarantee does not apply to IPM BBA/BMS/CUET Law Brisk Courses.

*Note :

  1. “Same product” refers to the same product or exam category (e.g., CAT, CET, CMAT, CUET, IPM-BBA, IPM-Indore). A student can avail repeat coaching in the same product. For example, a student enrolled for the CAT program cannot opt for repeat coaching under the CET program.
  2. Session, not days – Session refers to each individual class session. If two sessions are held back-to-back on the same day, they will be counted as two separate sessions.
