- If you have submitted your valid documents between 9:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m on business working days (Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays), we will verify the documents submitted and send you a coupon code for the applicable waiver within 4 working hrs.
- If you have submitted your valid documents after 7:00 PM or on non-working days you will receive the coupon code the next working day.
- Request all students to submit only valid documents. If any discrepancy is found during the verification or at a later stage, the access to the student’s account may be withdrawn.
- Once you get the Waiver Code, please apply the waiver code while filling the online enrolment form.
- Please do not make the payment without applying/availing the coupon code. If this is not followed, no refund will be provided for the extra fee paid with respect to the applicable waiver.
- Waiver policy and Prices are subject to change without prior notice and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
- At any time, you can avail only ONE of the scholarships that the student is eligible for.
- Also, you cannot combine the scholarships with any other offers/ waivers offered by IMS at the time of enrolment.
- In case you are eligible for multiple scholarships/offers/waivers at the same time, the offer that gives you the maximum discount will be considered.
- If you have not received any waiver/discount code despite following points 1,2 and 3, kindly raise a ticket with our Student Convenience Team. Choose the category “Fee Management” and sub-category as “Need WAIVER/DISCOUNT Code”, provide the details (First Name,Last Name,Email,Mobile Number,Full Course Name you are interested in,Type of waiver applying,Type of documents submitted) and attach the PDF files of the same documents you submitted for waiver

1. We will send you a coupon code for the applicable waiver within 1 working hr* between 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.(in case you do not receive any reply, kindly check your junk and spam folder). Post 7:30 p.m. you will receive the coupon code the next working day.
2. Please apply the waiver code while filling the online enrolment form.
3. Please do not make the payment without applying/availing the coupon code. If this is not followed, no refund will be provided for the extra fee paid with respect to the applicable waiver.
