Terms of Engagement — Temporary Posts

The position of Trainee Engineer-I is offered on a temporary basis with the following conditions:

• Initial contract duration is for two years.
• Based on project requirements and individual performance, the contract can be extended for an additional one year, making a total maximum tenure of three years.
• Candidates will be engaged as Trainee Engineers on this temporary contract and are expected to serve at the Bengaluru Complex or across various project locations in India depending on the organizational need.
• Selected trainees will be paid a consolidated remuneration as follows:
