MAH MBA CET The Day 1 Slot 2 Analysis: Moderately Difficult

06 April, 2026

MAH MBA CET The Day 1 Slot 2 Analysis: The exam was moderately difficult. Like previous years, CET 2026 had 200 questions to answer in 150 minutes. Since there is no negative marking, candidates are expected to try every question. The IMS estimate of good attempts counts only serious efforts, not random guesses. On the exam screen, the candidate’s photo appeared on the left, and the question panel was on the right, which could be collapsed if needed. Many questions used a split-screen format. Candidates could move between all four sections at any time using a dropdown menu, and their roll or application number showed as a watermark. However, the question panel was not wide enough to show full lines, so candidates had to scroll sideways, which took extra time.
The MAH MBA CET Slot 1 took place today, April 6, 2026, from 9 am to 11:30 am. IMS India spoke to CET students who appeared for the exam and provided a complete breakdown of the question paper by section.
