What is the BHU eligibility criteria for CUET 2024?

The eligibility criteria for BHU is divided into four categories:

1. Age limit
2. Educational qualifications
3. Minimum qualifying marks
4. CUET subject combinations

Failing to comply with even one of the qualification standards will render you ineligible for admission.

CUET BHU Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B. A. (Hons) Social Sciences

1. Only candidates born after 2 July 2001 are eligible for consideration, i.e., you need to be 22 or younger as of 1 July 2024.
2. You need to finish your class 12th from a recognised school with mathematics as a compulsory subject.
3. You need an aggregate of at least 50% in 12th boards. 
4. Your CUET subject combination should include Hindi or English from Section 1A and the General Test from Section 3.

CUET BHU Eligibility Criteria 2024 for Shastri (Hons)

1. You must be 22 years old on 1st July 2024 or younger to apply.
2. You must either have Sanskrit as a compulsory subject in 12th or have passed the Madhyama exam of BHU/Madhyama/Uttar Madhyama/ Upa Shastri/ Intermediate. Even those who have cleared the one-year Sanskrit certificate course from BHU with 50% marks are eligible to apply.
3. You need a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination.
4. Your subject combination should include Sanskrit from Section 1B.

BHU CUET Eligibility Criteria 2024 for BA. LL.B (Hons)

1. There is no age limit to apply to this course. 
2. You need to have completed 12th, or a recognised 11+1 qualification such as ‘A’ Level, or a renowned 10+2 qualification from schools abroad.
3. General category applicants require a minimum aggregate of 50% in their qualifying exam. For OBC, the minimum is 45%, and for SC and ST, it is 40%.
4. Your subject combination should include Hindi or English from Section 1A, Legal Studies from Section 2, and the General test from Section 3.

CUET BHU Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.Com (Hons)/B.Com (Hons) FMM

1. You must be 22 years old on 1st July 2024 or younger to apply.
2. You must have either Maths/ Commerce/ Economics/ Computer Science/Finance/ Financial Market Management/ Vocational Courses (involving commerce) as a mandatory subject in your 12th boards.
3. You need a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination.
4. Your subject combination should include Business Studies and Accountancy from Section 2 and the General Test from Section 3.

BHU CUET Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.Sc (Hons) Maths Group

1. You must be 22 years old on 1st July 2024 or younger to apply.
2. You need to have finished Class 12 or an equivalent from a recognised institution with Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects and one optional subject from Chemistry/ Statistics/ Geology/ Computer Science/ IT/ Geography
3. You need a minimum aggregate of 50% in 12th with passing grades in Physics, Maths, and your optional subject.
4. Your subject combination should include Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from Section 2.

CUET BHU Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.Sc (Hons) Biology Group

1. You must be 22 years old on 1st July 2024 or younger to apply.
2. You must have finished Class 12 or an equivalent from a recognised institution with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and one optional subject from Biology, Geology, and Geography.
3. You need a minimum aggregate of 50% and passing grades in all three subjects.
4. Your subject combination should include Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from section 2.

BHU CUET Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture

1. Your age should be older than 16 and younger than 25 as of July 1st 2024.
2. You must have completed 12th grade from a recognised institute with either Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths) or Agriculture.
3. You need a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination.
4. Your CUET subject combination should include Physics and Chemistry apart from one choice from Maths, Biology, and Agriculture.

CUET BHU Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.Tech in Dairy Technology

1. You must be 23 years old on 1st July 2024 or younger to apply.
2. You must have passed 12th grade with either PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) or PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology) with English as a compulsory subject.
3. You need a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination.
4. Your CUET subject combination should include Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from Section 2.

BHU CUET Eligibility Criteria 2024 for BFA

1. You must be 22 years old on 1st July 2024 or younger to apply.
2. After the shortlist is made on the basis of CUET, a practical test will be conducted on campus. Only after this will the final merit list be released.
3. You need a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination.
4. Your CUET subject combination should include Fine Arts/ Visual Arts from Section 2.

CUET BHU Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.A. (Hons) Arts

1. You must be 22 years old on 1st July 2024 or younger to apply.
2. You must pass 12th grade without failing in any key subjects.
3. You need a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination.
4. Your CUET subject combination must include English or Hindi from Section 1A and the General Test from Section 3. Those who wish to take up Economics (Hons) need to opt for Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics from Section 2, apart from the ones above.

CUET BHU Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.Voc in Catering Technology & Hotel Management

1. You must be 22 years old on 1st July 2024 or younger to apply.
2. Students from any stream of 12th standard can apply for this degree. Apart from that, those with a Level 4 NSQF certificate are also eligible.
3. You need a minimum aggregate of 50% in your qualifying exam.
4. Your CUET subject combination must include English or Hindi from Section 1A and the General Test from Section 3.
