1. The PBT version of the MAT 2025 December exam is on 10th December 2025, with the last date for registration being 8th December 2025.
2. The MAT registration last date for the CBT mode is 15th December 2025, i.e., 6 days before the CBT MAT 2025 exam date (21st December 2025).

How to register for MAT 2025?

The registration process for the MAT 2025 exam in December is straightforward and requires just a few clicks. Students who are yet to register can do so quickly within the MAT registration last date by following the steps outlined below:

1. First, create an account on the official website – mat.aima.in. 
2. Visit the website, click on the registration link, enter some basic details, and select the test mode.
3. Select a strong password and click on the register button.
4. An OTP will then be sent to your phone number to complete the verification process. Enter the OTP on the website to complete the process.
5. Fill Choice of Management Institutes. If applying for 1 MAT exam, you can select up to 5 institutes.
6. If applying for 2 MAT exams, you can choose up to 7 institutes.
7. You’ll be asked to pay the fees at this juncture. The fees are Rs. 2200 for one mode/ one attempt and Rs. 3800 for multiple modes/ attempts. 
8. You can pay via debit/ credit card, net banking, UPI, and PayTM wallet.
9. After the payment, complete the application form and submit it.
10. You will also need to select up to two cities/ centres to take the test in case you’ve chosen the PBT or CBT mode.
11. Upload your photo and signature in the prescribed format.
12. You can select additional colleges for an extra fee.
13. Don’t forget to download a copy of the filled application form. Also, get two printouts of the form for later.
