IMS is a prominent Institute which delivered as promised. I joined IMS mostly for the preparation of CAT, but the test study material was so intensive that all the bases were covered which eventually helped me in exams other than CAT like CMAT, etc.

Honestly, though, I had a few inhibitions regarding online teaching but they went away as soon as the classes started. Every concept was taught in such a way that even beginners could grasp them easily and the teaching didn’t end with the classes. We had quizzes on a regular basis and the teachers were very prompt in replying to our doubts. The text material as well as the online material including concept videos and practice questions were top-notch. As for the SimCATs, they are probably the closest to actual CAT and a lot of serious aspirants take them which can help you in getting a better idea of how you might fare on the actual CAT. After every mock, each question is discussed and analysed in great depth. Also, the best test-taking strategies are discussed. I would like to thank Param sir and Scrabbler sir for their constant guidance and for having confidence in me even when I didn’t. I owe my result to the amazing team at IMS and would advise everyone to give them a try. You won’t regret it.

It was truly a great experience joining IMS for the SIMCET test series. The mocks were designed well and being slightly on the tougher side, one had to be really careful at question selection to optimize the score.

This in turn helped me on the final day of the exam where careful question selection in each section became important due to the slightly lengthy pattern of the exam. For any exam, analysis of mocks is crucial and IMS made this really easy by providing useful metrics such as ‘average time taken by students’ and ‘accuracy of students’ which were very useful to compare and evaluate oneself. A special mention for Dnyanesh Sir at the Vashi centre for always being helpful and cordial.
