FMS Delhi Placements 2025: The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) has concluded summer placements for the 2024-26 batch. According to the official details of FMS Delhi summer placements 2025, 268 students received a total of 274 stipend offers. 12 students opted for a placement holiday. However, the final FMS Delhi placements report for the 2023-25 batch is yet to be released. In this blog, we’ve captured the placement data of the 2021 – 23 batch, based on the official report shared on their website. Once the latest placement numbers are out, we’ll update the blog.
Based on the 2024-26 summer placement numbers, the average stipend offered to the top 10% of FMS Delhi students was INR 4.42 lakh. In contrast, the top 25% and 50% of students received INR 4.36 lakh and INR 3.73 lakh, respectively. Compared to the previous year, the highest stipend offered to their graduates during summer placements in 2025 increased, while the median stipend remained the same, i.e. INR 3 lakh, as in 2024, despite a tough job market.

FMS Delhi Placements 2021-23 Report
FMS Delhi Placements showcases strong placement outcomes between 2021-23 and 2020-22. The number of students increased slightly from 269 to 273, with around all participating in placements. The number of students placed rose from 257 to 269, and the total number of offers grew from 262 to 283.
However, the highest package surged from INR 58 LPA to INR 1.23 CPA, while the average package improved from INR 32.4 LPA to INR 34.1 LPA, and the median package increased from INR 30 LPA to INR 31 LPA. The top recruiters for 2021-23 included major firms like Accenture, Adani, and Amazon, compared to Axis Bank, Bain & Co., and Microsoft in the previous cycle.

FMS Delhi Average Package: 2023
In 2023, FMS Delhi reported an increase in average packages across various percentiles compared to the previous year. The top 10% of students earned an impressive average package of INR 68.16 LPA, up from INR 54.5 LPA in 2022.
The top 25% saw their average package rise to INR 51.67 LPA from INR 48.4 LPA, while the top 50% received INR 43.03 LPA, an increase from INR 40.78 LPA. For all students, the average package improved to INR 34.1 LPA from INR 34 LPA, reflecting a positive trend in compensation levels across the board.
