The cutoff score for IPMAT 2023 was 176/360 for general category students and lower for other categories.
The cutoff for the general category was 12 marks for IPMAT Quants (SA). This means that you would need to mark at least 3 answers correctly (as 4 marks are given for every correct answer) to clear this section.
If the candidate attempted 30 questions in the Quants (MCQ) Section and managed to get around 10 of them correct. The student then successfully cleared this section’s sectional cutoff in that case.
Likewise, answering 23 out of 45 questions correctly was sufficient to clear the VARC Section in IPMAT Indore.
